Enriched with vitamins: A medium sized banana contains around 450 mg of potassium. A banana with large size contains plenty of vitamin A. Banana also contains vitamin B and vitamin C. Vitamin B is present in the form of Thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacin and Folic acid.

Resist anaemia: Banana is also a good supplement of iron. The iron in banana helps in the formation of haemoglobin in the body, thereby avoiding anaemia. Generally girls  are found to be more anaemic, and so a regular consumption of this fruit could be helpful to treat.

Fibre- rich: The fibre supplements are essential to balance the body weight and avoid other stomach issues. Bananas are rich in fiber, and they are also taken as a home remedy to fight back with constipation. It is also an alternative to chemical laxatives. Banana is also helpful in lifting the mood due to the presence of Tryptophan.
