Abscess Causes Cure Symptoms Remedies Treatment Therapy


ABSCESS

Guava  : If you have  got an abscess, whelks, blood disorder and itching, eating 250 gms. Of guava daily   in the afternoon for four weeks will be helpful. It will cleanse the bowels, remove the head from the blood, also cleanse the blood and solve the problem of abscesses, whelks and itching.

Harad : In case of suppuration of the abscess, burn a harad and grind it into a fine powder, mix it with Vaseline and prepare an ointment. Boil a tsp. of ground harad in a glass of water, strain and foment the abscess with the water when it is lukewarm and wash it. Also wash the spot where there is itching with that water. It will be beneficial.

Bathua : Mix dried ginger powder and salt with pounded bathua, put it in a piece of wet cloth , make a little bundle, wrap it with wet clay and roast it on live coal. When roasted, dress the wound with it when it is hot. The abscess will subside and burst.

Masoor daal : Prepare poultice by using masoor daal and apply it on the abscess. It will soon burst and the pus will get dried up.

Cumin seeds : If a suckling mother develops a lump or  abscess, grind cumin seeds in water and apply on the affected part. It will be beneficial.

Dhatoora : Apply clarified butter to a dhatoora leaf, heat it and put it on the abscess. It will relief pain and the abscess will subside.

Red chilli : Apply red chilli powder on abscesses and whelks.

Water : First foment the abscess with hot water for three minutes, then with cold water for a minute, In this way, fomenting for ten minutes twice daily in the morning and will be beneficial.

Carrots : Application of hot carrot poultice on an abscess or a whelk is beneficial. It helps the congealed blood to thaw.

Tamarind : Mash and mix tamarind pulp in water and drink it.It is beneficial in abscess, whelks and ulcers.

Onion : If the abscess is suppurating and has become intolerably painful, pound and grind an onion, mix turmeric powder, wheat flour, water and clarified butter with and head it for some time and prepare poultice. Apply it hot on the abscess. It will allow the abscess to burst and there will be no need for an operation..

Garlic : The use of garlic accelerates the healing  process of abscess and wounds. Application of garlic paste on abscesses and whelks in the initial stage is quite beneficial. It is not useful after suppuration. The abscesses which have worms can be cured with garlic.

 Rice : Prepare ground rice poultice in mustard oil and apply it on the abscess. It will burst and pus will come out.

Black gram : If the pus in the abscess is thick and excessive, use black gram poultice.

Curd : If there is swelling, pain and burning because of the abscess, apply curd after straining out water content. For it put the curd in a piece of cloth and hand it on a peg. The water will drip away. Apply the curd on the abscess and bandage it. Change the bandage thrice in a day.

Caraway seeds : In case of swelling because of an abscess or whelk, grind caraway seeds in lemon juice and apply.

Henna : Boil henna in water and wash the abscess with the boiled henna water.

Neem : Grind neem leaves in water and apply the paste on the abscess. It is beneficial in the initial stage. If you find the abscess is not likely to subside or if it has not reached the stage of suppuration, grind neem leaves with honey and apply on the abscess. It will suppurate and burst. After it has burst, grind neem leaves, head it with clarified butter and apply on the wound. It will facilitate its healing. Grind neem bark in water and apply on the whelks. Boil neem leaves in water the wound with it. It is beneficial to head neem leaves and swathe them on the wounds.

Ointment for Abscesses and Whelks : Abscesses and whelks are caused by disorders of the blood. The wounds do not heal easily. Application of neem ointment on them is beneficial.

Method : Grind 175 gms. Of neem leaves without adding water and make a paste. Pour similar quantity of mustard oil in a copper utensil and heat it. When the oil is quite hot, put the paste in it. When it gets blackened. Remove it from stove and let it cool down. Then grind it in the some oil. The ointment will be ready. Apply this on the abscess and whelks.

Green grass : Regular application of the paste made of green grass on an abscess allows it to suppurate and burst.

Clay : If the abscess is big and hard and it does not burst, apply wet soil on it. The abscess will burst and the pus will come out. Keep using wet soil pads on the abscess for some time.

Basil : Boil  basil leaves in water and wash the abscess with it. Grind fresh basil leaves and apply on the abscesses. Mix 250 gms. Each of the juice of basil leaves and coconut oil, heat it on slow fire. When the water gets evaporated, add  12 gms. of wax in it and stir. The application of this ointment will be beneficial.
