Finally decided to shed all the extra kilos post pregnancy? Good. Now all you need to do is to get a proper weight loss plan in place and get started. Yes, you need to make a new weight loss regimen. Your body changes during and after pregnancy and since, it has been on rest for quite some time, starting off with hardcore exercises is not a wise thing to do. You need to take one step at a time, perfect it and then take the next step. Roshini Gilbert, director of fitness and services at HealthifyMe along with Pragya Bhatt, a senior yoga coach at HealthifyMe, explain exactly how you must start off with your weight loss plan in this video. Here are few tips on how to prepare your body for pregnancy.

You will be dedicating most of your time to your baby. Amidst all the hullaballoo, you will also have to make sure that you make some time for exercising or working out to shed the extra kilos. It’s going to be one tough job to manage everything. Make sure that even during pregnancy you get enough exercise and do a few yoga asanas that’ll help you stay fit during and after pregnancy. Also, you must always consult your doctor about the kind of activities, you are allowed to do. Here’s how you can lose weight and bond with your baby at the same time.
