Acne results when the oil glands that remain under the hair follicles become overactive. Sin cells can connects all the skin pores causing white heads and with pigmentation blackheads. A acne is an oil gland that is infected with bacteria, which results in the inflammation of the area along with formation of pus.

Symptoms of Acne

During the first stage of the acne a small boil pops up over the face. This can be very pain full even when you roll hand over it. This gradually grows over a period of time and forms pus which is said to be the ripen stage of the pimple. In a day or two this pimple will both pop out while having a shower and then disappear. This cycle again continues. Sometimes the pimple will cause some irritating sensation over the skin causing the person to scratch it. Bu either scratching or popping out the pimple by squeezing it will definitely going to worsen the condition rather that improving the skin.

Causes of Acne

Acne is caused due to overactive oil glands which are infected with bacteria that results in inflammation and pus formation. Drastic hormonal changes and heredity also plays a vital part in formation of acne. There is a belief in contrary that acne is caused due to eating, junk foods, oily foods, chocolate or soft drinks. Each hair follicle has oil glands in them when these oil glands clog the pores of the skin acne results.

Treatments for Acne

There is no specific treatment for acne as this infection is caused due to internal changes in the body and not due to the external changes of the body. However proper skin care, skin gel, oral antibiotics and other oral medicines can control the severity of the acne.
