BURNING SENSATION IN THE SOLES OF THE FEET


Mustard Oil :Mix a tsp. of mustard  oil in two glasses of hot water. Immerse both the feet in water for five minutes. Then rub the feet with a pumice stone or something like that. When the feet with cold water. It will cleanse the feet and expel the heat.

Bottle gourd :Mash bottle gourd and rub the pulp on the sole. It will provide relief from heat and burning sensation.

Henna : People who feel constant burning in their feet during the summer should should apply henna paste on the  soles. It will bring relief.

Mango : The burning of the feet and hands is relieved by rubbing the blossom or small flowers that grow on mango trees.

Clarified butter : Rubbing clarified butter on the soles, feet and hands relieves burning sensation.

Kateera : It is a from of edible gum and is available with the grocer. Pound it and make very small pieces. It soaks water and swells a great deal. It should, therefore, be soaked in a bigger vessel. Soak overnight 2 tsp. of it in water. It will swell by the next morning. Eat it after adding sugar to it. It relieves burning                           sensation in hands and feet. It can be used in all the seasons. However, it is especially beneficial in the summer.

Butter : Eat 2 tsp. of butter with sugar candy added to it every morning. It is beneficial in burning sensation in hand and feet.

Coriander : Grind dry coriander seeds and sugar candy in equal quantity. Take 2 tsp. of it four time daily with water. It will be beneficial in relieving the burning sensation.
