Mustard Oil :Mix a tsp. of mustard  oil in two glasses of hot water. Immerse both the feet in water for five minutes. Then rub the feet with a pumice stone or something like that. When the feet with cold water. It will cleanse the feet and expel the heat.

Bottle gourd :Mash bottle gourd and rub the pulp on the sole. It will provide relief from heat and burning sensation.

Henna : People who feel constant burning in their feet during the summer should should apply henna paste on the  soles. It will bring relief.

Butter : Eat 2 tsp. of butter with sugar candy added to it every morning. It is beneficial in burning sensation in hand and feet.

Coriander : Grind dry coriander seeds and sugar candy in equal quantity. Take 2 tsp. of it four time daily with water. It will be beneficial in relieving the burning sensation.
